Softy Return & Exchange Policy – Vests, Briefs & Warmers

We are in charge of what we sell. Softy® has a liberal cancellation policy because they believe in the quality of their products and want their customers to be as happy as possible. This policy says that you can only cancel your order if you do so within four hours of placing it. But if the order has already been started for shipping, the cancellation order will not be accepted. Policy on Refunds: We promise to make sure that all of our customers are completely happy. We want to make shopping better for our customers while still giving them the best products. We won’t take back any inner-wear items (like vests, briefs, panties, camisoles, thermals, or socks) or any other items that fall into the inner-wear category because we want to keep our products very clean. inner-wear category based on the following standards:

Return Conditions

  • The item is not in its original purchase condition, is used, or is damaged.
  • If the item has an original seal, it must be intact.
  • All accessories and original packaging must be included.

Return Requirements

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product(s) must be purchased exclusively from www.Softy.com.pk and not from any other online or physical retailer.
  2. A return request must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
  3. The product(s) should be unwashed and unused, except for fit trials.
  4. No consumer-caused stains, marks, stitches, or holes should be present on the product(s).
  5. The product(s) must be returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
  6. The product(s) must be returned with the original invoice.
  7. Softy must receive the product(s) in a sellable condition.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed within 15 working days.

  • For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, EasyPaisa, JazzCash & other methods), the bank reversal process may take 15–20 business days.
